- As a business owner I feel like a lot of people are counting on me: My employees, clients, trade partners, vendors, kids, parents. They always say you learn from failure but I remember early on as we transitioned the business to me running the day to day operations having a complete melt down with Craig – Failure was NOT/IS NOT an option.
